Martin Brink is mediator since 2002.
He has been an attorney at law for 50 years, specialised in company law and financial markets. Both as an attorney and mediator during all those years het has been involved in commercial cases in almost every branch of industry, trade and services.
Martin helps solve conflicts in and between businesses and organisations.
With more than 50 years of experience in negotiation he developed a specialisation which makes mediation to an effective tool to prevent or solve problems in and between organisations. He thereby draws on the experience gained in roles in the field of corporate governance as director or supervisor as well as of 30 years of experience as a substitute magistrate in district courts and later in the Court of Appeals in The Hague, The Netherlands.
